Job Overview

A manufacturing and logistics company based in Tema Free Zone, Ghana is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join its operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials within the company’s industrial environment.

The company provides accommodation support, pension contributions, and a structured salary system with review after the probation period.

Key Responsibilities

Crane operations generally follow a coordinated lifting process illustrated below

The selected operator will:

• Operate cranes to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
• Follow all safety procedures when handling loads
• Inspect crane equipment before daily operation
• Work closely with signalers and ground staff
• Ensure loads are balanced and properly secured before lifting
• Maintain clear communication with the operations team during lifting operations
